Strong point the starters. We have tried the croquettes, both delicious in texture and flavor, we couldn't say which would be our favorite. The gyozas are very good, the gyoza dough is especially good although the filling is a little “mazacote”. The tortilla chips are very delicious, the shredded pork is the best we have tried by far. As for the burgers, we ordered the Katsu Oklahoma and tried the Katsu Chicken. We already tried this first one at the burger showdown and we loved it; Today has not been the same, we do not know why. On the other hand, the combination of ingredients in the Katsu Chicken is not the best in our opinion: the sweet chilly sauce hides the rest of the flavors, resembling battered chicken (very rich and crunchy, everything must be said), but the sauce kills the burger and the rest of the ingredients that make it up. On the other hand, the attention of the waiters was correct. Lastly, the place is not excessively large, so if the kitchen door is open you can hear the voices of the waiters and cooks talking, especially at the tables close to it as was our case, having to, on several occasions, dinner, having to cut off the conversation because we couldn't hear each other well when we were in front of each other. We are left with the experience of the showdown.

We went this weekend to try this place from Valencia. The food is quite good, especially the torrika, a 10. The bad thing was the service. We sat on the terrace at 38 degrees, which was good, we were warned, but I don't know, a fan at least... But the worst thing wasn't that, the worst thing was that as such, we were totally abandoned by the service. More than 30 minutes passed between dishes and our hunger came and went. It took us more than 2 hours to eat 3 dishes. The service is extremely slow. If you don't have patience, I don't recommend it.
